I am attending a baby shower, and would like to buy a L’il
Monkeys Personalized Baby Blanket, but I don t yet know the baby's name.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
A:
Yes! We absolutely offer Gift Certificates. You may purchase a Gift
Certificate for a L’il Monkeys Personalized Baby Blanket ($60),
a L’il Monkeys Mini-Teething Blanket ($25), or for the combo of
each ($80). We can also mail the recipient a Gift Certificate on your
behalf. Gift Certificates do not expire and can be redeemed any time
upon the birth of the baby (or once the baby's name is known).
Q:
How do I wash my L’il Monkeys Blanket?
A:
Blankets are machine-washable and dryable. Please do not wash/dry with
anything that has Velcro as the ribbons will snag. Wash on normal
in warm water, and tumble-dry on medium. Do not iron.
Q:
I am buying the blanket as a gift. Can you ship it to the baby it is
for?
A:
Sure! There is a section in the order form that specifies billing address
and shipping address. Make sure to include the shipping address for
the baby who is to receive your gift. We will include a gift card with
any message you would like.
Q:
What methods of payment do you accept?
A:
L’il Monkeys accepts payments through PayPal, which guarantees
security of transactions. Once you add your item(s) to the shopping
cart, you will automatically be directed to the PayPal site. Here, you
can choose to pay through your Paypal account, by credit, or debit card.
Q:
How much tax will I be charged?
A:
Sales tax is determined by the point of purchase, not the point of receipt,
as specified below:

Canadian provinces EXCEPT NS, NFLD and NB: 5%GST
- NS,
NFLD and NB: 13%HST
Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?
A: Shipping charges will be added according to your order total:
- Up to $50 = $8.00 Shipping
- $50.01- $75.00 = $12.00 Shipping
- $75.01 - $100 = $18.00 Shipping
- $100.01-$150.00 = $22.00 Shipping
- $150.01 and up = $25.00 Shipping
These are Canadian shipping rates. Please contact us for International and US shipping rates.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Orders are shipped after receipt of payment, and within three weeks of ordering.
