Yes! We absolutely offer gift cards. You may purchase a gift card for any dollar amount to use on any of our products. We’d be happy to email the recipient of the gift on your  behalf with your special message, or we  can email it to you so you can send to the recipient. Gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed any time.

• L’il Monkeys gift cards must be redeemed online at www.lilmonkeys.ca towards the purchase of products on our website. L’il Monkeys gift cards cannot be redeemed through any other agency/website.
• L’il Monkeys gift cards may only be redeemed for new purchases. Every purchase made with a gift card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fees, taxes, and other fees that may apply) is deducted from the gift card balance and any unused gift card balance will remain on the gift card account #.
• If the value of your L’il Monkeys gift card is insufficient to cover the full value of the purchase, you may pay the difference with your PayPal account or a credit card.

Your gift card will be cancelled and we will issue a new one with the remaining balance. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without the original receipt.

Please note that your monitor settings, variances in fabric manufacturers’ dye lots, and other variables make complete accurate representations of colour impossible. The colours are only an approximation of the available colours.

Yes we can make our one of a kind L’il Monkeys blankets with either upper or lower case letters or a combination of both. Please note that letters are case sensitive and thus the name on the blanket will appear exactly as you type it on the online order forms (ie. upper and/or lower case letters).

All our custom L’il Monkeys blankets are hand-made in Canada and are shipped after receipt of payment within 3 weeks of placement of order.

Can I create a L’il Monkeys account so I don’t have to retype my Billing and Shipping Addresses for each order? 

Absolutely. Complete all the requisite information on the Checkout & Pay page and setup your account name and password to store it for future purchases.

Select the product you want from our product section. Customize your blanket with your colour choices, name, letter layout and other details, then click “Add to Cart”. Review your order details in “Shopping Cart” for accuracy and click “Proceed to Checkout” when ready. Enter your billing and shipping addresses along with coupon code (where applicable) and then click on “Place Order” to add your payment details in PayPal and finalize your order.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please keep in mind that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once we have started making your custom L’il Monkeys blanket.

L’il Monkeys accepts payments through PayPal, which guarantees the security of transactions through the highest level commercially available for SSL encryption security. Once you add your item(s) to the shopping cart, you will automatically be directed to the PayPal site. Here, you can choose to pay through your PayPal account, by credit card, or debit card. • $100.1 – $135 = $23
• $135.01 – $170 = $29

Yes, our system allows the purchaser to specify separate billing and shipping addresses. Make sure to include the shipping address for the person who is to receive your gift. We are happy to include a gift card with any message you would like to send but will not include a copy of the invoice with the shipment.

How do you recommend I wash and dry my L’il Monkeys blanket?

L’il Monkeys custom blankets are machine-washable and dryable. Please do not wash/dry with anything that has Velcro as the ribbons may snag. Wash on normal in warm water, and tumble-dry on medium. Do not iron. Following these simple instructions will allow you to keep your blanket in good quality and as a treasured keepsake for years to come.

What type of fleece do you use to make the L’il Monkeys Personalized blankets?

We use a custom signature high quality waffle fleece that has been manufactured to not run, fade or shrink even after hundreds of washes.
